Ikigai

It’s always fun to have a conversation with my coach and friend Rich.

This is one of a series of videos that we recorded, while we caught up and talked about some cool stuff.

(Or "dirty man" as I often refer to it)

It’s a really cool tool and I’ve used it to help me, and also my clients over the years.

It has four parts to it, each of which you explore:

What are you passionate about?

What are you good at?

What does the world need?

What can you get paid for?

We explored these on the video (and we had a good laugh as well).

Lots of stuff came out of our conversation.

We talked about creating space for conversations.

We talked about why coaching is useful for everyone.

We talked about who I work with.

We talked about telling stories and being “you”.

It was a cool time.
