The magic of self belief.

There is a magical moment when a client starts to have belief in themselves.

Something clicks.

Or changes.

Perhaps switches.

Between one moment and the next, something is different.

It maybe subtle.

It may be pretty damn obvious.

But there is an energetic change.

To say I love that moment is an understatement.

In part because I remember those moments when they occurred in me.

That combination of feeling shit scared, but also that sense of freedom.

And each time you try it, it gets a little easier.

I’ve been working with Ratna for a little while and - like all the people I work with - she’s awesome.

As a podiatrist, she has a wealth of clinical experience. Well over 20 years in fact.

At her core she is a warm and loving human, with a quick and wicked sense of humour, which comes through in her writing and blog articles.

(I read these and I can hear her voice narrating for me)

I know that when she shares things it feels uncomfortable and edgy.

I completely get that.

It’s putting more of YOU in to something that doesn’t normally want you to be seen.

Eyes will be on her.

Judgement is likely to appear.

But when she does share, the world is a better place.

It’s an absolute pleasure to work with her.
