The coaching loop.

Recently one of my clients challenged me.

"I want to do our next session on Clubhouse" she said.

"What the..." I thought, but then realised that the only viable response was "yes".

Clubhouse, if you don't know already, is an audio only social media platform that is taking the world by storm.

(Currently, of course, as these things change)

Winnie is awesome and, like all of my clients, is an absolute pleasure to work with.

She has shown courage, vulnerability and growth and is a true inspiration.

Saying yes to her invitation was a no-brainer and served to push me out of my comfort zone and try something new.

And this^^ is one of the things I love about coaching.

It's a constant levelling up of two people during each conversation and this amplifies as the relationship grows.

It's an immensely cool feedback loop and epic to be part of.

Viewing it in two dimensions, you can see the cyclical nature of the feedback.

But view it in three dimensions and that's when the power of it becomes obvious.

As the relationship grows, the impact, legacy and possibility all increase too.

Once you've experienced those, it's almost impossible to step back into that past version of you.

You can't unlearn what you learnt.

And actually, would you want to?

Fancy having a conversation?
